1. Purpose and Nature of Services

WFPS is a registered not-for-profit organization. Our Services are provided for advancing sustainability, peace, and collective impact. They are not designed for commercial gain.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WFPS Services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years of age. Organizations must ensure authorized use.

4. User Commitments

Users agree to lawful, ethical, and mission-consistent use, and refrain from misuse such as propaganda, fraud, or hate speech.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership but grant WFPS a license for mission-driven use. WFPS may remove violating content.

6. Marketplace and Technology

ESG marketplace use is transparent; blockchain records are immutable; AI may influence personalization.

7. Donations and Sponsorships

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable; sponsorships must align with WFPS neutrality.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Services is subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. Neutrality and Independence

WFPS does not endorse political parties or commercial interests.

10. Liability and Disclaimer

Services are provided ‘as is’; WFPS is not liable for indirect damages.

11. Termination

WFPS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms.

12. Force Majeure

WFPS is not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events.

13. Dispute Resolution

Primary jurisdiction is Mumbai, India; international arbitration available under UNCITRAL rules.

14. Changes

WFPS may update these Terms; continued use implies acceptance.
