General Staff, Northeast India and former Strategic Forces Command, MoD.

A distinguished leader with over three decades of experience driving ESG, sustainability, climate finance, and public policy initiatives. An expert in renewable energy, carbon credits and biodiversity conservation with a strong focus on sustainable infrastructure and global climate diplomacy.

Experienced in advising governments, corporates, and international organizations on ESG frameworks, climate action strategies, and sustainable development goals (SDGs), he holds a PhD in Climate Change & Sustainable Development.
