Raj Nayak is a popular personality in the Indian Media & Entertainment Industry who served as the COO of Viacom I8 Media and was the CEO of Colors (TV Channel).

He earlier served as CEO at NDTV Media Limited. In his illustrious career spanning three decades, he has held leadership positions in many large media conglomerates including Star TV. He is currently the Managing Director at House of Cheer Networks and Founder of House of IP’s. He has created & curated ‘IdeaBaaz’ a national stage for Indian Startups.

He has received many awards and recognition including, The Media Person of the Year 2016 and inducted into IAA’s ‘Hall of Fame’ of International Advertising Association (IAA). After his exit from Viacom, Mr. Raj founded; House of Cheer which is a full service media, entertainment and technology hub specializing in creation, curation and consultancy.
