Layla Love

As Creative Director of Reef Revival, an arts and cultural initiative of Global Coralition in collaboration with the World Foundation for Peace and Sustainability (WFPS), she curates immersive exhibitions, commissions large-scale underwater sculptures, and creates experiences that blend creativity with tangible ecological impact.

Educated in journalism and global communications at Richmond International University in London, Layla began her career documenting marginalized communities in conflict regions, using photography to illuminate resilience and hidden truths. Her work has since been exhibited globally, from Art Basel Miami to Paris Photo, and showcased alongside icons such as Basquiat, Warhol, and Picasso. Notably, her piece The Fullest Bloom was selected by Tiffany & Co. for display in 30 international showrooms, while Love from the Roots has been part of the White House collection since 2008.

Beyond her art, Layla founded Rise of the Butterfly with Gloria Steinem’s mentorship, raising awareness and funds for women and children in vulnerable conditions. At WFPS, she brings her vision of harmony between humanity and nature, using art as a universal language to mobilize communities and advance sustainability with empathy, creativity, and measurable impact.
