Maithili Shenoy is currently is the Vice President Western Hemisphere Sourcing & Manufacturing of one of America’s leading retail business houses, Target.

She is a seasoned retail industry expert. Prior to Target, Maithili spent almost 20 years at Nike, globally working on sustainability and was apart of Global Leadership of Nike’s Supply Chain Sustainability, specifically for Nike’s Direct-to-Consumer Supply Chain and their customer operations organization.

She established a frictionless omni- channel service experience to Nike’s consumers and customers on a worldwide scale. Maithili brings her extensive experience in supply chain and retail through consulting for Fortune 500 companies including Accenture and Deloitte.
